What is Premier Turf Club? |

Premier Turf Club (PTC) is a fully licensed and regulated off-track wagering facility located in Portland, Oregon. PTC is not a bookmaking operation. All wagers placed by our customers are automatically transmitted into the actual track pools through the Amtote hub in Portland, Oregon.
PTC has contractual relationships with all tracks at which
wagers are accepted. Placing a wager with PTC is the same
as placing that wager at the track. PTC will accept most
wagers that the host track offers on each race and pay full
track odds on every winning wager. PTC provides a real-time
wagering environment. Account balances are updated as race
results become official.

How can I sign up for an account? |
|
You can sign up for an account by completing the on-line
application form. Once you have submitted the completed
application, and your personal information has been
verified, you will be contacted by an employee of
Premier Turf Club who will explain the service in
detail.

Is the service open to everyone? |
|
Our wagering service is available to individuals 18 years of age and older that reside in an eligible state. Residents of the following states are currently ineligible to sign up for our service: Alaska, California, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Utah. Connecticut customers may not wager though our internet platform. Some otherwise eligible residents will be excluded from playing certain tracks. These are not our rules, but the rules of the state in which you reside. International residents should contact our customer service line to discuss their eligibility. These exclusions will be updated from time to time as things change. |
How can I deposit funds into my account? |

Funds may be deposited to your wagering account in the following ways: 1. PINpocket: Premier Turf Club has joined the PINpocket network to provide a safe, secure, and fast way for customers to make deposits and withdraw funds from their wagering accounts. Your account can be funded using bank account, or by registering a credit or debit card. As PINpocket is an eWallet service, many credit cards that previously were unable to be used for funding your wagering account can be used with PINpocket. 2. Credit/Debit card: You can use your Visa or Mastercard to fund your wagering account by calling customer service at (877) 880-0588, option 3. First time customers will be able to deposit up to $500. Repeat customers can deposit up to $1,000 per transaction with a $2,000 per month limit. There is a 3.75% fee for all credit or debit card transactions. 3. By mail, with a cashier's check, money order or personal check: Please allow 5 - 7 business days to process your deposit. All money orders and cashiers check are given immediate credit after confirmation of validity.

How can I withdraw funds from my account? |

Withdrawals are available by PINpocket, check, or wire transfer. Funds may be withdrawn from your wagering account in the following ways: 1. PINpocket: Premier Turf Club has joined the PINpocket network to provide a safe, secure, and fast way for customers to make deposits and withdraw funds from their wagering accounts. You can withdraw funds to your PINpocket wallet, or transfer funds to your banking account with ease using PINpocket. 2. Standard Withdrawal: A check will be mailed to you within 5 - 7 business days. 3. Bank Wire Transfer: Account Holders may arrange for a bank-to-bank wire transfer. Please call customer service at (877) 880-0588, option 3 for details and costs. |
How can I place a wager? |

All account holders may place wagers through the Premier Turf Club internet wagering website available at www.premierturfclub.com, www.betpremierturfclub.com and www.betptc.com. Additionally, certain account holders may place wagers by calling a toll-free number and speaking to a live telephone operator. |
Will my winnings be reported to the IRS? Will there be withholdings on certain winning tickets? |

In accordance with IRS laws, any wager resulting in winnings of $600.00 or more must be reported to the Internal Revenue Service, if the amount of winnings is at least 300 times the amount wagered. In addition any wager resulting in winnings over $5,000.00, is subject to reporting and withholding if the amount of winnings is at least 300 times the amount wagered. All winnings subject to reporting and/or withholding shall be reported and/or withheld by PTC and a copy of the W2-G Form summarizing the information shall be sent to the account holder for tax purposes. |
How can I find out specific information about customer cash rewards? |

Cash reward schedules will be based upon your average monthly wagering volume. You will be assigned a rewards schedule upon PTC's acceptance of your account application. The customer service representative that contacts you upon acceptance will communicate that information to you directly. |
When will my rewards be credited? |
|
Rewards are credited automatically at the end of each business day (or very early the next morning). You can expect to see your credited rewards by 10 AM (Eastern) on the next day. While wagering balances are updated in real-time, rewards are not. |
How can I keep track of my play and my rewards? |
|
The technology team at PTC has created a state-of-the art player tracking system that allows customers to generate reports about their play and rewards. The reports can be stratified by day, track, pool, and race for any period of time. The wagering report is available for viewing on-screen or in pdf format report. We expect to have exporting capabilities for this information as well in the near future. |
